Kona cruise control problems

We have cruise control problems from the beginning. The problem is that the cruise control on these Kona’s is that sensitivity is way to loose. A cruise control should never very more than 2 MPH plus or minus. My Kona has 5 to 8 mpg which is unsafe on highways. I have contacted Hyundai corporate that informed me today that more people has to complain before they will do a recall to fix this problem. I hope everyone will address this concern and complain to Hyundai so this can be fixed. It is bad when you pay $30,000 for a car and it is defective as designed.
